There are nuances regarding block line height ... reduce the block's
property to put two lines closer together.
Where did you try to look in the XSL-FO Recommendation that you had
difficulty finding this ... that would be the first place to find such
information rather than putting each of your requirements through a mail
list for assistance on each one.
