Using XSLT to transform XSLT

Dear List,


        I need to have an XSLT script as a char * in my C++ code, and I 
was thinking, to convert an existing file.xslt to file.h, and file.h vould 
contain a 
single line like:

const char * theXslt = "<?xml version..... ";

        The whole script as a const char *.

For this, I need two things:
                - convert all " -s to \" 
                - add a \ to the end of each line.


Since the file.xslt is a well-formed XML file itself, I was wondering if I 
could do this transformation with xslt. (If I understood correctly, the 
output of an XSLT transformation does not have to be an XML file)

        
        Is this doable?
