no it cannot be validated .. cos it must have a dtd .. at the most we can
say is its well formed or not

hi all,
very new to xsl/xml and a short question here.
if a document contains no dtd, is it valid, invalid or not
validatable? that is, if there is nothing for it to validate against,
can it be said to be valid/invalid?
