Any suggestions?
Unfortunately not. I already told you what I guessed (the error message
smells like a bad DOCTYPE declaration, but I don't see any in your code).
As for "what has caused this particular error message in the past", that's
not an XSLT question -- yours is a parse error, not a problem in your
transform -- or even (strictly speaking) a question about applying XSLT.
Rather, it's a question which the vendor of your framework, or its user
community (as opposed to the rest of us) are in the best position to help
you with.
Good luck,
Wendell
