p.s. Can anyone think of any other use for [<xsl:namespace-alias>]?
For the XML Schema Instance namespace, to allow you to use literal
xsi:type and xsi:schemaLocation attributes without a schema-aware
processor thinking that you're referring to the type of the element in
the stylesheet.
Another example is when creating <x:include> elements using literal
result elements.
