Mike, is there any chance Saxon might support this some time?
It will be in the next version, thanks to code from Gunther Schadow.
I resisted doing it previously on the grounds that the standard input
doesn't have a base URI associated with it; but you can do it from the
API, so it doesn't make that much sense to disallow it from the command
line.
