i use encoding ISO8859-1.

What do you mean by "signed character"?

I mean some Vietnamese character for eg. ế
ạ

Well, if you have Vietnamese characters, what's the
point to use ISO8859-1?

because when i input as well as display the VN
characters (of course except for input text) with this
encoding all VN characters are displayed
correctly!!!!!(while using other eg. utf-8 some are
not correct)
