WG: frames?

Hi!

Can somebody explain me what schoud i do to get a frame version with docbook 
DTD and Styleshets from Norm Walsch. 

I wish in the left frame only the toc and at the right frame the chunked 
version. Which templetes / parameters should i use to get this output?
