yes allthough to be honest the behaviour of the <xsl:output
method="html" output method
when generating non html elements is a little underspecified in xslt1.
Since your output is namespaced and clearluy not html you might be
better with the xml output method.
Of course Microsoft's "XML Islands" are neither HTML nor XML (it's not
clear that they are even SGML) but that's another story...
