This is just an assumption, but subscription is a
prerequisite for posting, correct?
If you *were* subscribed, try resubscribing. I noticed a few
months ago that I was no longer receiving mail from
public-qt-comments and had to resubscribe even though I'm
quite sure I had not unsubscribed. I suspect their list serv
drops addresses if mail bounces even just once or twice.
Anyone can post to this address; posts from non-registered addresses are
moderated by hand. I'm not sure what the current policy is on allowing
people to subscribe, it has changed from time to time.
It's always possible that your email fell accidentally into the
spam-bucket.
