If I can give it to you in some type of meta code, can you translate it to
what you need? Is there a function which determines the day of the week in
the target API? Is there a function which determines the day of the year in
the target API? Is there a function to determine elapsed days in the target
API?

Do not some fiscal quarters have 13 weeks and not just
12 (e.g. 3rd quarter
has 92 days)?

Anyone have any insight on calculation
of fiscal year?

Fiscal Year is basically every 3months, starting in
October, but using the first monday.
For instance,

FQ4-2003 starts on 30.June.2003
FQ1-2004 starts on 29.Sept.2003
FQ2-2004 starts on 29.Dec.2003

Is there a good way, that anyone's aware, to not
only
calculate the first day of a week, given a specific
date, the quarter and the year, but also add 7 days
to
that date until we've added 12wks.??

thoughts?

thx.
Paul
