Well I've found out what's happening in my
transformNodeToObject code, by outputting the error reason. I
get this:
"Invalid at the top level of the document."
I've checked the document for white space, and unwanted
characters, I find nothing. Oh joy...
See if there is a space or blank line at the very start of the document.
Get rid of any of them. Also check to see if somehow the xml
declaration, if there is one, got moved so that it is not the first
thing in the file.
