Yes it does, but using IE, it opens in Notepad and isn't nicely formated for 
viewing.  Normally if you open xml in IE, it is color coded and nodes can be 
reduced for easy viewing... so I would prefer to have it open in the browser 
window and not the editor...

ah but that's something else that's not "view source" It's viewing with
a different (and quite complex) stylesheet that does the folding dislay.
Unfortunately its written in the deprecated ms specific wd-xsl cousin of
xslt.
