I ran into this one the first time I used FOP, and it took me a while to
figure out what the error was telling me. "IPD" is
"inline-progression-dimension." I don't remember precisely what changes I
needed to make, but they weren't too complex -- understanding what "IPD" is
should get you headed in the right direction.

Subject: [xsl] xsl, FOP warnings and errors messages on console
I am getting the following Warnings and Errors on my console while
generating the PDF from xsl:fo file.
My question is what is this "Sum of fixed column widths 198424 greater than
maximum specified IPD 141732" warning ?
How do I specify the IPD value and what is this IPD ?
