This is certainly possible using XSLT
You could look at recent xml.com article
http://xml.com/pub/a/2003/11/05/xslt.html
This will set you on your way, pls some places at www.dpawson.co.uk should
help. Then when you have concrete xslt files, then we can help more.

Hi,
I need to create one xslt file that produce another xslt file.
The first xslt file is used to parse one xml file with some norms
The second have the rules to analyze another xml registry that
will originate another xml with the result...
My problem is create the second xslt from first.
Have You some knowledge about how do this?
Thanks.
