Abhishek,
Two possibilities of which you may want to be aware:
1. The annual IDEAlliance XML Conference. "The big conference" happening
every year in December, this year in Philadelphia. See
http://www.xmlconference.org/xmlusa/2003/about.asp.
2. At a higher level technically, a smaller and more focused venue ... the
Extreme conference. It's also an IDEAlliance conference, but this one is
organized by Mulberry Technologies, and the papers undergo a more stringent
peer review. See http://www.extrememarkup.com/extreme/.
Cheers,
Wendell

I would appreciate any suggestions / input on what would be a good place
to which I should send the paper / article.
