You can find lots of tools by searching through the
Internet with the keywords XPath engine or XPath
evaluator.
But I think the most popular one is jaxen
(jaxen.org).Also you can use the web site
(http://www.xmlsoftware.com) for all kind of XML
tools.

Does anyone know if theres a command line program

XPath expressions on a given XML document and return

If not, would anyone be interested in writing one?!
