the difference between
"blocklevel", "inline" and "empty" ?!? if someone can give me some help...
blocklevel means "like <p> or <div>"
inline means "like <b> or <span>" (ie it is for marking up words _within_ a
paragraph.
"empty" means "like <br> or <meta>" (ie tidy's parser should not go looking
for a closing tag: there won't be one)
