What is the problem that you are having? You've given inputs and outputs but not a specific explanation of where you are having your problem, so it is difficult to help.

Are your XML fragments all in the same file? In separate files? If separate, where is the list of filenames for these files?

How far were you in the solution when you couldn't make it work? Do you have a snippet of where things started going wrong for you?
