Ypu don't want to apply templates to warning again so don't do
<xsl:apply-templates/> do <xsl:apply-templates select="para"/> or if
that is too restrictive <xsl:apply-templates select="*[not(self::warning
or self::caution or self::note or self::title)]"/>
