added pattern : '//para' priority 0.000000
added pattern : 'chapter/para' priority 0.500000
That explains why it does not change the output when you change the
order, as it has taken the priorities as different, but...
hummm... Then this is a bug ?
yes it is a bug, the default priority for "//para" is wrong (probably
because it has prematurely optimised it to "para")
