Both "TOLL_CDR/@DIVISION" and "TOLL_CDR/@*" have priorites of 0.5. (So my
actual argument is still applicable.)
This is specified in XSLT section 5.5.
Sorry I should've checked instead of going by memory! (My brain only
supports integers I guess.)
