The error message is quite cler it seems:
Unable to resolve prefix 'rs'.
your XPath uses an rs prefix, so you need to declare that as a namespace
prefic in your stylesheet.
Add
xmlns:rs="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:rowset"
to your xsl:stylesheet element.
