Yeah, trash entities and include well-formed HTML (aka XHTMLish) and use
HTML as the stylesheet output method.

The above is part of a XML file that is transformed via a stylesheet to
HTML. I want to be able to transform the rule with the html link in it.
Is it because the transformation process reads the rule with the
characters already changed into <>" and thus rejects
Is there a simple way to achieve the result?
