The filler bit above isn't really that efficient, e.g.

  <xsl:if test="not(following-sibling::sn_masterinformacion[1])">
    <td/>
    <xsl:if test="not(following-sibling::sn_masterinformacion[2])">
      <td/>
    </xsl:if>
  </xsl:if>

is faster and more readable.
