RE: support for xsltblog.com

2004-05-14 03:53:42
Ok. I wish I didn't have to go to Denver today so I could focus on this
site and get it up as quickly as possible so that we can begin to get
all of these conversations posted and available for comment.
Unfortunately this is a very important trip that I can't cancel. But
when I return I will get this all taken care of and live to the world.
Hopefully we can get enough action on it over the weekend so come Monday
morning when the business world starts up again there will be plenty of
content for them to absorb.

One can always hope, right? :)

And without a doubt there will be feeds available in RSS and Atom (I'll
use your 0.92 suggestion unless someone else can argue that a different
version would be better). As far as ATOM goes Ill use what seems to be
the most common. Any suggestions?

Thanks again David!

A while back I registered "xsltblog.com" and had plans to
use it as a community-styled blog where we all could
interact in a more structured environment to develop time
stamped content that focused on the current issues in the
    world of XSLT.

If there is a way to use any of these sites to the benefit
of XSLT then I am more than willing to do my part to get
them off the ground as quickly as possible, especially
XSLTBlog.com. Let me know your thoughts regarding either
of these projects but more specifically XSLTBlog.com as I
think getting this up and content created as quickly as
possible would be much to our advantage in creating a
central place for the world to access XSLT-specific
information and as such generate support for the future of XSLT.

A thought.
Accept one of the rss versions (0.92?) and atom (you pick a version
until ietf lets it settle down), then store these, either direct
or via a transform, to the website, with txt comments as on many
blogs.
