Well there aren't all that many 2.0 features in your style sheet...
I'm guessing that as I can't use result-document, I'll need to do each
server 1 at a time, with parameters passed through from PHP to Sablotron,
unless anyone has any better ideas..
I believe Sablotron has an extension for generating multiple output
documents too. Check the docs to see whether this already solves your
problem.
