target blank into one link

hello i my xslt file i make the links using this:
<a href="{$link-org/metadatosinformacion_texto}">
<xsl:value-of select="$org/metadatosinformacion_texto"/>
</a>

how can i add the target="_blank" for openig the link into one new page?
