My xalan version is 2.6.0.
I make this change within my stylesheet:
xmlns:dyn="http://exslt.org/dyn"; extension-element-prefixes="dyn"
But function-available('dyn:evaluate') return false.
I don't know what is the problem.

There is currently no processor that fully implements exslt.
If your xalan version is 2.4.1 or above, dyn:evaluate is available, as
you can see from the table below.
