That's odd, the sample you sent works fine with me with msxsl.exe, as
long as I either supply a (dummy) content.dtd or kill the doctype line..
this is usual a sign that the (real) DTD defaults a namespace
declaration, so once you use it everything is namespaced and needs
prefixed names in all Xpaths.
