Was produced by the postings processor, not by the poster.
No the OP explictly said that he was using char refs with a spurious
space to make sure they get through bad mailers.
See my previous post on how to obtain \r\n.
That may work in msxml but isn't guaranteed in general. Using an explict
line break is the same as using a reference to #10 and may produce any
kind of line ending the processor wants when used in text mode.
