Bhupendra, have you monitored the load and cpu usage
during the request handling?
The memeory usage never crosses 4 GB(out of 32 GB )
and all the 8 CPUs also are more than 70% idle.

Interesting detail...
Bhupendra was talking about an 8 CPU system, so
would this imply that Websphere is utilising only
one CPU? When multiple CPU's are being utilized, I
would expect a far less increase in
transformation time...
