In that case, you need to use templates instead of the for-each.
One, which copies all attributes and nodes per default and for those
elements,
which should be treated differently (ExtTradeId,...), you need to define
special templates giving you your desired output.
I'll try to give you an example tomorrow since I need to leave earlier
today..
