</xsl:template>
or:
<xsl:template match="BuildingRecord">
<xsl:text> </xsl:text>
<xsl:apply-templates select=".//*[not(*)] | .//apd:*/*"/>
</xsl:template>
(only a linebreak inside an 'xsl:text' element, will be added to the
result tree)
