This is not a elegant solution, 
sniff:-)

but resolve the problem.
hmm.

If you have a hundred items not 3 I'd write it this way:

<xsl:for-each select="(//node())[position() &lt;= 100]">
  <xsl:variable name="x" select="position()"/>
  <xsl:value-of select="*[(_at_)ID=$x]/@Value"/>
  <xs:text>;</xsl:text>
</xsl:for-each>
