I suppose this has crossed over to the realm of being entirely off-topic and
anything further along these lines should be via private email, but yes, PHP
can work with IIS.

Yes, processing XML/XSL, doing pipeline processing with XSLT and
other sources as well, but yes, basically doing XSLT's.

question. PHP is suported by a wide variety of servers? Is IIS
included among then?
