I suppose this has crossed over to the realm of being entirely off-topic and anything further along these lines should be via private email, but yes, PHP can work with IIS.

Yes,  processing XML/XSL, doing pipeline processing with XSLT and
other sources as well, but yes, basically doing XSLT's.

Thanksl for the link, it'll go to my live archive. Just on more
question. PHP is suported by a wide variety of servers? Is IIS
included among then?
