There's another rather important exception: prefixes are accessible as the
names of namespace nodes.
oops sorry. Oh no perhaps you've brainwashed me into xpath2-newspeak and
I'd internally deprecated namespace nodes. (although of course in xpath2
the information pops up in other places as well).
