RE: XQuery use

I was made redundant recently and applied for an XML 
developer job. They wanted 
someone with strong XQuery, at least one year's commercial 
experience. 

It's worth knowing that Tamino's XQuery is quite a conservative subset of
the language at present. Like everyone else, they are waiting for the specs
to be finished.
