get an &nbsp in theoutput html

Hello everyone,
I am an XSLT newbie, so I apologize if I am bothering you with this. This is
btw my second question to the list . let's see if I am luckier now ;-)
This is the only way I found to insert an   in my final html. I would
like to know a simpler way to do it
