In my case I am getting the XML String at run time. My programme wont
have any knowledge about the xml file name location.
getting it where?
If you are getting a string (rather than a tree representation) then
you are going to need to pass that string through an XML parser somehow.
How you do that depends on what parser you are using how you are running
it and a load of other factors.
