Sorry Carter, this is not an XSL question.
Most programs support a "Save as" to XML format, like Excel (after you've
read in the delimited file).
Cheers,

Subject: [xsl] Delimited Text file to XML Format
What's the easiest way to create an xml file from a delimited text file? (or
something in Excel)
Is there a software program out there that does this? Or, how can this be
done?
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Carter
