As CALS is usual table model used in SGML and XML, I
doubt somebody
already developed a stylesheet to convert CALS table to
HTML table.
Can anybody point those places where I can get these stylesheets.

It's not particularly good or complete (CALS is very
heavyweight) but you may get some ideas from it.
Docbook tables can be CALS (or a subset, I don't know). So it
might be an idea to look at how Docbook XSL handles it
(http://docbook.sourceforge.net/projects/xsl/)> .
I think Docbook implements the Oasis table model, which is a much
nicer/simpler subset of CALS.
