splitting terms with [A-Z] expression

Hi

I need to split terms such as 'HelloThere' to the form 'Hello', 'There' 
or 'Hello There'.
My simple use of the expression [A-Z] does not do the job as I need to 
recognise upper case after its first occurrence.
How do I go about it ?
