RE: XSL-FO - Repeating Tables & Table Headers

2005-05-05 08:31:11
Does anyone have a recommendation to do this same thing with a table
title? I can get the title to repeat on subsequent pages but I can't
get it to conform to the page's top margin. It moves up into the page's
header text.

Please describe in more detail what you mean by "without splitting
table rows". Your table seems to contain only a single row, if there
is enough content in one of the cells that it overflows a page, the
row content has to be broken across the pages.
If you are actually looking for content being kept toghether, see
  http://xml.apache.org/fop/faq.html
question 3.6, and the appropriate spec section.

2. How do I create a table header that spans across numerous pages and

appears at the top of the table on each page?

Define a table header, see:
  http://www.w3.org/TR/xsl/slice6.html#fo_table-header
