Use exclude-result-prefixes="dyn saxon" on the xsl:stylesheet element.

Subject: [xsl] namespaces gets copied to root node with
result-document
Hello all,
I am making a new html document with
xsl:result-document, and my namespaces I use in my
stylesheet get copied into the html output and i was
wondering why since its not explicitly set, and how to
stop that.
##########
<xsl:stylesheet version="2.0"
xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform"
xmlns:dyn="http://exslt.org/dynamic"
xmlns:saxon="http://saxon.sf.net/">
...
<xsl:result-document href="html/{$FileName}.html"
method="html">
<html>
<head>
....
##########
outputs this html file
##########
<html xmlns:dyn="http://exslt.org/dynamic"
xmlns:saxon="http://saxon.sf.net/">
<head>...
##########
thanks in advance.
