This looks pretty specific to your XSLT processor or some other aspect of
your processing environment. So we will need at the very least to know
something about which products you are using.
In fact, it doesn't look to me like an XSLT error: it looks more like some
kind of servlet programming error - but I'm guessing.
The aforementioned error occurs intermittently (but often)
and always directs me to an xslt code row and column
That suggests you are seeing an error message which you haven't included in
your posting. I would imagine this error message might provide useful clues,
for example someone might recognize what product it comes from.
