The hreuf attribute comes out as intended, the href attribute
comes out as %EE%94%81ddd%EE%94%82.
Any ideas?
The spec for the HTML output method requires that non-ASCII characters in
URI-valued attributes (such as href) are %-encoded as described in RFC 2359.
This is because such escaping is required by the HTTP protocol (I believe).
