But I assume
from your reply that the transformation from 'flat' to
'nested' (which is of most interest to me at the moment) is
doable with XSLT 2.0.
It's doable in 1.0 as well - but takes a fair bit of time, patience, and
experience with the language (or at least, with functional programming).
