(in xdm, unparsed entities in the infoset may be included in the data
model, but they are optional.)
true although in practice they are optional as XQuery doesn't have
functions to access them. I'd imagine any XSLt2 implementation of XDM
will have them to support the XSLT extra functions unparsed-entity-uri
etc.
