XSLT 2.0, 3rd Edition, Programmer's Reference
and
XPath 1.0, Programmer's Reference.

I have Steve Holzner's /Inside XSLT/, which covers XSLT v. 1.0. It looks
as though the publisher is not going to issue a new edition to cover XSLT
v. 2.0.

Can anybody recommed a suitable book of similar stature?

Hedley
